While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and damage transfers to the buyer upon dispatch or as agreed per Incoterms.

All goods are subject to our internal quality control, and complaints must be made within 7 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted without prior written agreement.
